Braun Hanley
After a Bachelors in Business Administration and a successful career in business management, I sought a law degree. I am admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut and serve clients in Dutchess, Putnam and Weschester Counties, New York and Fairfield County, Connecticut. I was first associated with a national law firm, which emphasized labor, employment and benefit law. I worked as legal counsel in Connecticut's Probate Administration system. I volunteer as a pro bono guardian/counsel for disabled indigent individuals. I serve on a panel of attorneys for children in Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties, New York. I am the designated attorney for New York's Putnam County Family Treatment Court. To further assist clients and be responsive to these difficult financial and litigious times, I completed the Mediation Certificate Program sponsored by the University of Connecticut and Quinnipiac University Schools of Law. I am a member of the New York Bar Association, the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, Inc., the Connecticut Council on Divorce Mediation & Collaborative Practice, and the New York State Counsel on Divorce Mediation.
